Attacker cassette

The attacker cassette is an engineered mechanism that consists of the Hammerhead ribozyme (HHRz) with a STAR module, Hepatitis delta virus ribozyme (HDVRz) and the reportergene mRFP. The HHRz cuts at the 3'-end and the HDVRz cuts at the 5'-end of the ribozyme thereby liberating STAR wich is targeting the T500-terminator of the target plasmid.
